This battery charger charges at the recommended standard rate of 140mA. It will fully recharge our 3000mAh Ni-MH batteries. It is designed to charge 2 to 4 "AA" or "AAA" batteries. This charger plugs into standard 120VAC outlet. They are brand new and recharge batteries perfectly, however we notice that the green LED charging indicators don't operate on most units (doesn't impact ability to recharge batteries) so we are selling them cheap. Brand new in retail package! Sold in a package of 10.
