Shipping Information

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Scottsdale, Arizona. We ship Monday through Friday. You will find that our shipping and handling fees are very low and competitive. We are located in the greater Phoenix area.

To keep costs low, we ship the most economical method. The shipping method will be determined by our shipping department after your order has been filled. If you require a specific shipping method, please indicate your USPS or UPS preference on the "Special Instructions" line during check out. Please note: if you specify a shipping method, it may add to your shipping & handling cost. You will be contacted via e-mail of this new shipping cost for your approval prior to shipping.

If you need your order quickly, we recommend selecting UPS 2nd Day Air for delivery. We make every effort to ship Air orders the same day that they are received and processed. Our cut off time for Air shipments is 3:00 PM Arizona Time Monday through Friday (we do not ship on weekends). You need to get your order into us before this time so that we have time to process and prepare your order. Orders that come in after 3:00PM will be shipped the next business day.

Overnight Air (UPS Red Label) shipments are delivered the next business day after the order ships (sorry, Saturday deliveries are not available). 2nd Day Air (UPS Blue Label) shipments are delivered on the second business day after the order ships (weekends do not count).

If you have your order shipped USPS (United States Postal Service), please be aware that the delivery time varies and we are not able to track your package.

Please note: We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or major holidays.

International Customers

We welcome orders from all over the world. For all foreign orders, we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Money Orders drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. funds only (personal or company checks are not accepted). Please include extra shipping. Due to the greater amount of paperwork, we have a $50.00 minimum order (plus shipping) to all Foreign Countries (except Canada).

If you place your order online, the shipping price that you see is for shipment within the United States. Please select "INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL PARCEL POST". Usually there will be no shipping charge displayed as we have to get a quote for your shipping using your EXACT shipping address. We will e-mail you with the correct price for shipping for your country and a confirmation of your shipping address before we charge your credit card.

If you have problems filling out the shipping/billing section, please select "United States" for your country. You will also need to e-mail your EXACT address to us so that we can proceed with processing your order.
