This sophisticated circuit board was designed to convert 12VDC to a high voltage needed to drive fluorescent tubes such as our blacklight tube or our white backlighted display panel. Simply connect 12VDC to the input terminals, connect start terminals together, and whatever tube you have connected to the output terminals will light up for about 1 minute.
